Dubai, United Arab Emirates – AMACO Investment Group, a leading player in the construction industry, has announced the completion of a significant purchase with the HESS Group. The agreement, signed by Ahmad Al Ahmadi (احمد محمد الاحمدي), CEO of AMACO, and Eng. Oliver Rauter, Managing Director of HESS Group, was made official at The BIG 5 exhibition held at the World Trade Center in Dubai.
AMACO Purchase Of Four Factories
Under the terms of the agreement, AMACO has purchased four factories from HESS Group. Two brick factories are currently being installed and are expected to be completed by the end of January 2023. Additionally, AMACO has acquired an AH-2000 factory to produce interlocking blocks and a shade plaster factory, which is set to be completed in April 2024.

Speaking about the purchase, Ahmad Al Ahmadi, CEO of AMACO stated,
“This is a significant step for AMACO as we look to expand our presence in the Gulf Market and Egypt in the coming years. We are proud to have the opportunity to work with a reputable company like HESS Group, and we are confident that these factories will be instrumental in our growth plans.”
The CEO also added that the company has plans to expand into other Gulf countries as soon as they have consolidated their presence in the UAE. The move comes as part of AMACO’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its position in the construction industry and provide quality products and services to its customers.
